AbstractThis study examines the communication strategy is a communication planning guide. The success of a broadcasting company is supported by the quality of human resources who work on the radio. The programs served by radio stations are very diverse, including information programs and entertainment programs. Radio broadcast programs are programs that are served to explain the latest information on various topics that are around the community. Mass media, such as radio, has a communication strategy structure so that people who listen to the radio can always be heard. Currently, media such as radio is increasingly being eroded by the domination of other media. So that to maintain this number of listeners, a communication strategy is needed, to get an increase in the quality of broadcasters and to increase the interest of listeners.
