Abstract

The recommendations about the pedagogical-psychological, didactic, design, technical, user requirements, the structure and creation steps of the plan-project of methodology of the distance learning which belong to methodology of the distance learning are given in this article. The standards and best practices of analyzing, projecting, evaluating of distance learning development are given attention in the research. Also, the principles of taking into account additional opinions in relation to the requirements of the distance learning environment in order to choose methodology in preparing distance learning lessons are given. The proposed methodology consists of three steps in each step, in general, total steps consists of seven steps. The algorithm of the development process of these steps will be given in detail in this article. This distance learning methodology can be used as the effective guide to achieve the objectives and needs of the students as much as possible and further improvement of traditional learning.
