Abstract

A 17-year-old boy presented with a lump noticed on the left side of his forehead which he had for as long as he could remember. He had noticed that the lump had become bigger after his forehead had been injured while playing rugby. There were no other symptoms and on examination there was a mobile cystic swelling 2cm in diameter on the left side of forehead. Deeper palpation indicated a bony erosion of the outer cortex. A computed tomogram showed a well-circumscribed fatty lesion with pressure indentation on the outer table of the skull adjacent to the lesion.
