Abstract College students’ employability is a compound and developmental concept, and employability enhancement is affected by various factors, among which college management reform is an important influence factor of college students’ employability. This paper first constructs the influence factor model of students’ employability enhancement based on the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Then, based on the results of the multiple regression analysis, the design of the path of college management reform oriented to the improvement of students’ employability is carried out. Finally, the feasibility of the path is verified by using independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test. The correlations between the influencing factors of employability and the specific dimensions of employability all reach a significant level and show a weak correlation (Pearson’s correlation coefficient in the range of 0.111~0.346), which indicates that the refined influencing factors of college students’ employability have a greater effect on the level of employability. Among them, major setting, career planning, evaluation and motivation, campus culture, and teaching ability are the core influencing factors for the improvement of college students’ employability. After the experiment, there is a significant difference between the experimental group that adopts the corresponding teaching management mode under the college reform path designed in this paper and the homogeneous control group in terms of students’ employability (p<0.05), indicating that the college management reform path designed in this paper is able to effectively enhance students’ employability.

They have distinct personalities and are deeply influenced by the development of network and information technology. Therefore, their aggressive behavior is more likely to be infinitely magnified by the magnifying glass, which has become a hot and focus issue of general concern in the society. Research shows that college students' aggressive behavior is affected by many psychological factors. Therefore, this study analyzes the psychological factors affecting the aggressive behavior of post-90s college students, combined with the research results and the group characteristics of post-90s college students. At the same time, this paper also focuses on the anxiety sensitivity behind college students' aggressive behavior, so as to provide educational enlightenment for College Ideological and Political Education under the background of media integration.Subjects and MethodsThis study used a questionnaire composed of cognitive emotion regulation scale, Chinese version of interpersonal response index scale, active response aggression scale, WSAP hostility scale and Chinese version of adolescent apathy and ruthlessness quality scale. The research subjects include 1698 college students from three universities in Guangxi, two higher vocational colleges and one university in Tianjin. Mplus 8.0 was used for deviation analysis of common methods, and spss24 was used. 0 software was used for descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and multiple regression analysis to investigate the current situation and psychological influencing factors of college students after 00. Combined with the Interaction Anxiety Scale (IAS) compiled by Leary, there are 15 questions in total, with a single dimension and a 5-level score. From 1 to 5, it means “very inconsistent” to “very consistent”. The higher the score, the greater the degree of social anxiety. 1.2.2 the emotion regulation self-efficacy scale adopts the emotion regulation self-efficacy scale (RES) revised by Caprara, with 12 questions, which is divided into three dimensions: expressing positive emotions, managing depression / pain emotions and managing anger / anger emotions, with 4 questions in each dimension. A 5-level score is adopted, from 1 to 5, which means “very inconsistent” to “very consistent”. The higher the score, the higher the degree of self-confidence in regulating their emotions. In this study, Cronbach's α The coefficient is 0.80.Research Results(1) Most college students show a certain degree of aggressive behavior, but some college students have higher aggressive behavior; (2) There are significant differences in gender, educational background and grade. There is a significant difference between the total score of aggressive behavior and the total score of active aggressive behavior. There were significant differences in the total scores of aggressive behavior, active aggressive behavior and reactive aggressive behavior, while there were significant differences in the total scores of aggressive behavior, active aggressive behavior and reactive aggressive behavior in grades; (3) Coldness, emotion regulation and empathy can significantly predict aggressive behavior. Specifically, ruthlessness, emotion regulation and empathy can significantly predict the total score of aggressive behavior. Cold trait, positive emotion regulation and negative emotion regulation in emotion regulation can significantly predict active aggressive behavior, while cold trait, emotion regulation and empathy can significantly predict reactive aggressive behavior. (4) Social anxiety was significantly negatively correlated with emotional regulation self-efficacy, social anxiety was significantly positively correlated with aggression and depression, emotional regulation self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlated with aggression and depression, and aggression was significantly positively correlated with depressionResearch ConclusionMost college students show aggressive behavior, but the degree is not serious. Ruthlessness, emotion regulation and empathy all play an important role in the process of aggressive behavior. However, there are still some deficiencies in this study, such as the lack of longitudinal research data and physiological data. However, this study deeply analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of College Students' aggressive behavior after the millennium, as well as the opportunities and challenges brought to college ideological and political education, so as to further explore the effective strategies to prevent and reduce college students' aggressive behavior. The relevant research can also help to analyze the three special factors of social attention, cognitive attention and physical attention.AcknowledgementsThis paper is the special subject of 2020 student funding research in the 13th five year plan of Guangxi Education Science, “Research on the effectiveness of precise funding needs of poor college students in ethnic minority areas under the background of big data” (2020ZJY121); 2022 Nanning Normal University Student Work Project: Research on Labor Education for “Post-00” College Students in the New Era (2022XG01).

  • Shiqi Zhao + 3 more

Objective: This study aims to investigate the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) of college students regarding self-medication with antibacterial agents before and after the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, as well as the impact of the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions on college students’ KAP towards self-medication with antibacterial agents. We analyze the factors influencing college students’ self-medication with antibacterial agents and provide relevant reference data for the rational use of antibacterial agents for self-medication among college students. Methods: Non-probability sampling methods, including convenience sampling and quota sampling, were employed to collect data samples. College students were invited to participate in an online questionnaire survey that they completed independently, and the data were entered into Excel software for statistical analysis using SPSS 26.0 software. Results: Independent samples t-test and analysis of variance revealed that, before the lifting of pandemic restrictions, female college students scored higher than male students in KAP towards self-medication with antibacterial agents, with all differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). However, after the lifting of pandemic restrictions, the gender differences in these aspects diminished; College students from rural areas scored significantly higher than their urban counterparts in the knowledge of antibacterial agents both before and after the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions (P<0.05); Moreover, medical students had significantly higher attitude scores compared to science and engineering students before the lifting of pandemic restrictions (P<0.05), while social science students scored significantly higher in practice compared to science and engineering students both before and after the lifting of pandemic restrictions (P<0.05). Paired samples t-test indicated a significant improvement in knowledge and practice towards self-medication with antibacterial agents after the lifting of pandemic restrictions, with attitude showing no significant change. Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that, before the pandemic, there were significant differences in KAP based on gender and grade. However, after experiencing the pandemic, there were no longer significant differences in KAP among different genders and different grades, and this could be attributed to the impact of health education and campaigns during the pandemic. Conclusion: The lifting of COVID-19 restrictions has had a positive impact on college students’ knowledge and practice towards self-medication with antibacterial agents. Before and after the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, the KAP of college students regarding self-medication with antibacterial agents were influenced by multiple factors. One important measure to enhance the rational use of antibacterial agents for self-medication among college students is to conduct health education courses in universities. Public health should pay attention to online media channels.

This paper uses the method of combining theory and empirical research to analyze the structural equation model of the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial tendency, and explores the effective ways to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial quality, so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Based on the conclusions of the tendency study, this paper aims to improve the entrepreneurial tendency of college students by improving their own, society, school and family. From the conclusion of the demonstration, we can see that compared with the previous research on the factors affecting college students' entrepreneurial tendency, the conclusion of this paper is slightly different. In addition, we should see that in the study of college students' online entrepreneurial tendencies, the influencing factors should still take into account the virtual side of entrepreneurship through the form of network, such as the role of social network relations on entrepreneurial tendencies is not significant and so on. Finally, we can conclude that the analysis model of influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial tendency combined with SEM model can play a certain role in the analysis of college students' entrepreneurial tendencies, and can provide theoretical reference for the formulation of relevant policies.

  • Yuanyuan Xu + 3 more

This paper provides in-depth knowledge regarding the fundamental factors influencing college students’ childbearing intentions. We used PubMed, ProQuest Dissertations, Web of Science, EBSCOhost, Scopus, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure to search for relevant articles published between January 1946 and April 2023. Among these, we incorporated 51 studies conducted in 20 countries into a quantitative synthesis. The results indicated that there were differences between developed and developing countries in terms of the factors influencing college students’ childbearing intentions. The primary factors affecting childbearing intentions in developed countries were fertility knowledge, personal pursuits, and partner relationships. However, the influencing factors in developing countries were more complex: Financial pressures and personal pursuits deterred college students from their aspirations to have children, and these challenges delayed their intended reproductive age. Implications of the findings are discussed.

  • Chunqiu, Noryati, Yuran Cao, Alias, Zhang

In the context of China, higher education institutions, including colleges and universities, bear the significant responsibility of cultivating proficient contributors and future representatives aligned with the socialist agenda. This is achieved through the provision of ideological and political theory courses. However, students face challenges in achieving desired educational outcomes in these courses. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the process of knowledge acquisition in ideological and political theory courses as experienced by students. This study employs a qualitative case study methodology, based on flow theory, conducted in a selected college located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. The research aims to gather relevant insights by examining data collected from 15 participants through individual semi-structured interviews. Subsequently, the qualitative data is meticulously analyzed using MAXQDA 2020 software. The findings of this study reveal that the factors influencing college students' perception of ideological and political theory courses encompass both internal factors, such as learning behavior and learning holistic quality, as well as external factors, including teaching behavior and teaching holistic quality. Drawing on the model developed in this study to elucidate the impact on college students' sense of acquisition in ideological and political theory courses, it is posited that flow experience constitutes the core factor influencing college students' sense of acquisition, whereby the intensity of flow experienced by college students in ideological and political courses directly affects the extent of their sense of acquisition. This research expands the scholarly exploration of instructional and pedagogical advancements specific to ideological and political theory courses within Chinese tertiary education institutions. Moreover, understanding the influential factors shaping the knowledge acquisition and comprehension process among college students in these courses has the potential to contribute to innovative educational approaches and strategies.
