Abstract

The problem of static output feedback fuzzy control for a class of nonlinear fuzzy impulsive time-delay systems is investigated by employing Lyapunov functions. A new scheme of robust fuzzy control via linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique is proposed. The so-called parallel distributed compensation (PDC) idea is employed to design the static output feedback controller. Sufficient conditions for global exponential stability of the closed-loop system are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily solved by LMI method. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
