Abstract
Multi-pseudostate close-coupling has been used to calculate parameters which describe coherence between the 1s-2s and 1s-2p excitation at 54.4, 100, 200, 300 and 350 eV. Phase conventions are carefully specified. The connection between state multipoles and the elementary parameters used is explicitly detailed. A complete tabulation of all the n=2 excitation parameters at energies from 54.5 to 680 eV is available from the authors on request.
