Abstract

A single-loop multidimensional sampled-data system containing three elements with pure delay is considered. Sufficient conditions for the standardizability of the system S0 are established; under these conditions, the H2-optimization problem of the system S0 is reduced to the simpler H2-optimization problem of some equivalent sampled-data system containing one element with pure delay. The set of fixed poles of the H2-optimal system S0 is constructed.
