Abstract
In response to x-irradiation, G2 stage leukocytes are about 4 times more sensitive than G0 stage cells, and S stage is intermediate when sensitivity is measured as percent abnormal cells. The yield of interchange type aberrations, however, is lowest for S cells, confirming the work of J. G. Brewen. Chromosome terminal deletions increase as the $\text{dose}^{1.19}$ , while dicentrics follow $\text{dose}^{1.58}$ .
