Abstract
AbstractA generalization is proposed of the lattice gas model which takes into account the presence of free Fermions in the system. In the framework of this approach the Landau free energy expansion is constructed. The influence of the electron energy spectrum particularities on the spinodal decomposition in the semiconductor alloys is examined.
