The spin depolarization in the quantum transport situation in a random magnetic field is considered with a path integral method for the translational motion and the spin of the particle. As for the latter the operator is represented in terms of fermi operators and the fermionic path integral is performed in the fermi coherent state representation. The matrix elements for the spin are obtained for a general magnetic field and applied to a particular case of a random magnetic field oriented in the z -direction.
