Abstract

In this paper, several new spectroscopic techniques are described which can provide important information on semiconductor/electrolyte interfaces. These are stress modulated, photomodulated, and potential modulated photoelectro-chemical spectroscopies. Two-beam spectroscopy is also used to investigate the behaviour of several semiconductor/electrolyte systems as a function of applied potential and redox couple.
