Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the study is to determine the system of differences in the decision‐making algorithms between public corporations and private ones for similar tasks. It was determined that situational and behavioral factors influence the decision‐making process in corporations. Based on the interpretation of the results of the survey of heads of private and public corporations, models for structuring decisions in public and private corporations have been built. The analysis of the constructed models made it possible to identify and formulate a system of differences in the decision‐making mechanism and factors influencing decision making in public corporations.
