Abstract
This report considers the state of online legal education in Australia pre-, during and post-pandemic. The paper reviews the adoption of online legal education by the numerous law faculties in Australia, the regulatory environment, and the future prospects for online legal education. It evaluates the advantages and disadvantages as viewed in the Australian context, and concludes that blended learning and delivery is the principal means by which the potential of online has been realised in the legal education sector in Australia.
