Abstract
As one of the key Taiwan's new films, Edward Yang’s films are known to portray all kinds of human natures in Taiwan's urbanization process with exquisite emotions. By combining feminism and Space Narration in films, this paper focuses on female images and investigates the specific expression of female consciousness in his works.
