Abstract
The Barcelona Court of First Instance No. 1 found in favour of the claimants, owners of the famous registered trade mark ‘Accessorize’ in their action for trade mark infringement, trade mark cancellation, unfair competition, and damages in respect of the use by the defendants of the Accessori, Mr Accessori and Accessori trade marks.
