Abstract
This community engagement activity is to provide socialization of regional regulation number 13 of 2014 and number 14 of 2014 at Merauke Regency. This regional regulation socialization is expected to enhance participants’ understanding of the substance of the two regulations on the principal of the management of local property so that each unit of regional apparatus is able to prepare financial statements and assets according to the regulation that has been established. The participants of this activity are around 95 people. Then, the result of this activity is the need for capacity building in understanding the regulations for the treasurer and PPTK.

Summary
Dua regulasi Peraturan Daerah No Tahun 2014 dan No Tahun 2014 sebagaimana disebutkan di atas, telah disusun dan ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Merauke. Pencapaian yang diperoleh selama masa dukungan pendampingan adalah tersusunnya rancangan atas Peraturan Daerah tentang Pokok-Pokok Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kab. Merauke dan Peraturan Daerah tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Kab. Merauke (Basis Akrual). 2 ranperda tersebut telah ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah daerah dan DPRD Kab Merauke, yaitu Peraturan Daerah No 14 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Daerah No 2 Tahun 2009 tentang Pokok-Pokok Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah dan Peraturan Daerah No 13 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah. Strategi awal yang perlu/wajib dilakukan sebagai langkah tindaklanjut adalah mensosialisasikan dua PERDA dimaksud kepada seluruh pimpinan SKPD agar memahami dengan baik substansi dan muatan yang terkandung dalam kedua Perda tersebut.
