Abstract

(Moscow) compact laser module. Fluorescence was detected by a highly sensitive Hamamatsu H7711 photodetector. The microchip prepared for the analysis is installed in the analyzer. All steps of the analysis beginning from the sample injection into the separation channel of the microchip are performed automatically according to the chosen program. The technology of producing microchips used in microfluidic analysis systems was developed at the Ioffe Physicotechnical Institute. The technology makes it possible to regenerate the chip for reuse. When developing microfluidic analysis systems, we chose a design of the device consisting of modules with their own microprocessors. The software of the upper level allows one to manage the device as a whole, obtain and display data on the state of the device and its units, record data during measurements and display them on a real-time scale, process the results according to the algorithm specified by the operator, save a file with the results of measurements, and so on.
