Abstract
ABSTRACT In this article the calibration method consisting of interchanging the role of control and response is considered in the nonparametric situation. This method does not yield a consistent estimator unless there are multiple responses at each control level. When multiple responses are present, however, consistency and asymptotic normality can be established.
