Let $\varPhi_n(q)$ be the $n$th cyclotomic polynomial in $q$. Recently, the author and Zudilin devised a method, called ‘creative microscoping’, to prove some $q$-supercongruences mainly modulo $\varPhi_n(q)^3$ by introducing an additional parameter
