Abstract
Relativistic energy spectra and wave function of quadratic noncentral vector and scalar potentials coupled directly to Klein Gordon equation have been studied using NU Function Analysis. The relativistic energy equation and wave function were reduced to nonrelativistic energy and wave function equations. Then the nonrelativistic energy equation and wave function were used to determine the semiclassical thermodynamic properties and the optical linear and also nonlinear absorptions of semiconductor material.
