Socio-Cultural Contradictions in the Development of the Regional Restaurant Services Consumer Market in Ukraine
Introduction. The article explores the sociocultural contradictions accompanying the development of the consumer market of regional restaurant services in Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to identify the specific features shaping the consumption market of restaurant services across Ukrainian regions and to outline the key social and cultural contradictions that influence the formation of the typical consumer. The study employed general scientific methods of cognition: analysis, synthesis, generalisation, comparison, observation and a systems approach. The results demonstrate that conflicting interactions between rising consumer expectations, limited economic capabilities of businesses, and the realities of the cultural environment mark the development of the regional restaurant market. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the modern consumer seeks high-quality gastronomy and emotionally engaging cultural leisure that includes service, atmosphere, and personalised communication. In response to these shifts, there is an increasing demand for highly skilled staff capable of delivering the expected level of interaction. However, there is a noted shortage of trained professionals who can effectively operate under the communicative and psychological pressures of the restaurant industry. One of the critical sociocultural contradictions is the conflict between the drive to fully satisfy the customer and the need to maintain decent working conditions for staff. Excessive customer orientation, which often borders on indulging toxic behaviour, leads to a deterioration of the moral and psychological climate in teams, increased employee burnout, and disruptions in internal communication ethics. The study also examines the impact of the commercialisation of consumer relations on the expectations for individualised services, particularly in the context of dietary restrictions, ethical stances, and healthy lifestyles, which are not always compatible with the capabilities of a typical restaurant operation. Conclusions. Restaurateurs are forced to strike a balance between economic feasibility, cultural relevance, and the expectations of a new type of consumer – one who is informed, emotionally engaged, but often financially constrained. The practical value of the study lies in identifying problematic areas of sociocultural interaction within the restaurant industry, which may serve as a foundation for developing more effective management strategies in the hospitality sector.

Introduction. The development of the infrastructure of such a market in domestic spaces is becoming extremely urgent In the current conditions of globalization and the intensive growth of the global tourism services market. Indeed, attracting foreign tourists has a positive impact on the national economy of the host countries by creating new jobs, and accordingly contributes to reducing unemployment, GDP growth, as well as filling the state budget and increasing its balance of payments, as well as stability of the exchange rate. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that directly in the field of tourism services less than 10% of the total income of this industry is obtained, while 90% is due to infrastructure facilities. In this aspect, an objective need is formed to study and substantiate effective ways of infrastructural development of the tourism services market in our country. Methods. The study is built on the basis of applying a systematic and holistic approach, an analysis and synthesis method, a structural modeling method, monographic, abstract and logical methods, informative data from the regulatory and statistical base, as well as the study of scientific and theoretical material in the plane of ensuring the effective development of the market infrastructure tourist services. Results. The effective directions of development of the infrastructure of the market of tourist services in Ukraine are identified and substantiated. The features of the infrastructural development of the tourist services market are disclosed. The importance of the integrated development of the infrastructure of the market for tourism services through the prism of ensuring a balanced level of resource use is argued. The current state of the tourism services market in Ukraine has been assessed and the main groups of factors influencing the infrastructure development of this market have been identified. A number of structural elements of tourism infrastructure have been identified: subjects of tourism activity, tourism resources, tourism industry, tourism services, tourism product. The scheme of the effective functioning and development of the tourism services market in the overall structure of the tourism industry development is built. It has been proved that the infrastructure of the tourism services market is represented by a certain set of material and material objects, the functioning of which is aimed at satisfying tourist needs and the development of this market, and also contains the material and technical base of functional economic structures. Discussion. In the context of substantiated directions for the development of the infrastructure of the domestic tourism services market, in addition to a number of specific ways and identified factors, the correct coordination and adjustment of the influence of which will increase the overall social and economic level of the country's development, also requires a thorough study of innovative and investment infrastructure support in the tourism services market system regarding its instrumental apparatus in the context of balanced resource use tions and increase the competitiveness of the tourism product in the light of the effective functioning of the sphere of tourist services. Determining the current state of the insurance market in Ukraine and identifying promising areas for its development. Analysis of the current state of the insurance market is based on methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The study of prospects for the development of the insurance services market is based on the methodology of scientific abstraction. The current state of the insurance market is taken into consideration and the dynamics of its development are analyzed. It was found that the current state of the domestic insurance market in its institutional and functional characteristics does not fully meet the trends of the global insurance market. It is substantiated that the functioning of a powerful market of insurance services is an important source of accumulation of funds for their further investment in the state economy. Emphasis is placed on systematizing the function of the insurance services market. The analysis of the main indicators of the insurance services market is carried out. It is established that the indicators of the insurance services market development are insufficient and do not meet the needs of the national economy. The reasons for the decrease in the number of insurance companies in the insurance services market of Ukraine are revealed. insurance companies with foreign capital. It is determined that the reasons for the low level of insurance propagation are the low level of public confidence in insurance companies, lack of awareness of Ukrainians in the insurance sector, and their low capital. The result of the analysis of the state of the insurance services market for 2014-2019 indicates that in general its unsatisfactory condition, which is confirmed by low values of indicators. Reduced number of insurance companies operating in the insurance market, the lack of a unified state strategy for the development of the insurance market in the country, the instability of the economic situation in the country and low confidence in insurers among the population negatively affect the development of the insurance market in Ukraine. The main problems of the insurance services market of Ukraine and prospects of its development were determined. The article is devoted to the modeling of the development of the domestic tourist services market in Ukraine on the basis of cluster management. The authors identify trends in the market of tourist services, taking into account behavioral reactions of consumers. The authors determined the main tendency in the Ukrainian market of tourist services, which is the interdependence of the dynamics of consumption of tourist services and material well-being of the middle-income population. The criterial model of development of the tourist region on the basis of cluster management of the internal market of tourist services of Ukraine is developed. The authors noted that, in criterial model the assessment of the level of development of the tourist region is carried out according to several criterias, each of which is estimated using an integrated weighted estimate of a set of indicators, which, using the expert estimation method, allows us to evaluate the factors that form one or another criterion. Critical maps for development of tourist regions of Ukraine are offered: Carpathian region, Polesie region, Central region, Azov-Black Sea region. The principles of development of the internal market of tourist services of Ukraine are determined on the principles of cluster management.

Background. Trends in the open economy, the processes of information globalization require the search for new effective tools of trust of the state, public oversight bodies, investors, the public and other professional and non-professional users of information to business. This tool is an independent external audit: it helps to identify deficiencies in the activities of the entity, to identifyways to correct them, as well as to develop preventive measures to avoid them. Analysis of recent research and publications has shown that the state of audit activity in Ukraine does not fully meet today’s requirements, an important scientific and practical problem of the development of the audit services market and quality control of audit services in Ukraine remains unresolved. The aim of the article is to analyze the market of audit services in Ukraine and assess potential ways of further development of auditing. Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the publication is a set of studies of domestic and foreign scientists. General scientific and special methods of scientific cognition are used: comparative, systematic and statistical analysis to clarify the cause-and-effect relationship and assess the market of audit services in Ukraine. Results. A study of the audit services market in Ukraine was conducted, the dynamics of the number of audit entities (SAА) and the dynamics of the volume of provision of a number of audit services were analyzed. The information on the composition and number of audit entities is summarized, as well as the volume of provided audit services in terms of regions of Ukraine is studied. The problems of audit activity development are outlined, the main ones of which are insufficient normative provision, imperfect system of digitalization of audit procedures, etc. Conclusion. In recent years, the conditions and quality of the audit services market in Ukraine have changed radically, primarily due to the implantation of foreign experience in the national audit system, expanding the possibility of diversification of professional audit services, as well as the digitalization of auditing. This opens up new opportunities both for the auditors and audit firms themselves and for the customers of their services. In addition, various additional audit and related services have become widespread. To increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian audit companies it is necessary to take into account global trends, foreign experience and modern technologies of customer service, which requires: improving the legal regulation of auditing in Ukraine; improving the methodology and organization of audits; development of the optimal method of determining the cost of audit services.

The article reveals the features of organizational and economic support for the development of the environmental market in Ukraine. It shows the analysis of development of the environmentally friendly products market and services in Ukraine. Here we built a multiple-regression model of organic consumption in Ukraine, and the analysis is based on the following factors: the number of certified producers of organic products; the volume of consumption of organic products on the domestic market; the area of agricultural land allocated for organic production and the capacity of the organic market in Ukraine. It is proved that in order to intensify the organizational and economic support of the environmental market in Ukraine, it is necessary to determine the main socio-ecological and economic tools for creating a system of environmental goods production, including the adoption of new legislation; the implementation of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement; informatization of the economy, formation of online services; the dissemination of environmental audit activities; the environmental insurance services in the agro-industrial complex; the digitalization of production cycles from production, logistics to preservation of quality and terms of realization and delivery of ecological production. Goal is the determining the development trends of the market of sports and health services in Ukraine and substantiation of the main directions of restoring its functioning in the postwar period. The essence of sports and health services is determined and the volumes of sales on the market of sports and health services in Ukraine in the prewar period are analyzed. The factors of demand and supply formation in the market of sports and health services are determined. The dynamics of the number of business entities in the sports and health sphere in 2010-2019, which form the market supply, is analyzed. The qualitative and quantitative composition of employees in the field of physical culture and sports in the regions of Ukraine has been studied. Peculiarities of interregional distribution of fitness infrastructure objects are determined and the structure of types of activities on the market of sports and health services in Ukraine is characterized. The important role of physical culture and sports in ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the country and its regions is substantiated. Among the problems of further development of the market of sports and health services in Ukraine are limited financial resources, insufficient state support, weak material, and technical base, which is mostly state-owned, and generally insignificant business development in physical culture, sports, and health. In order to solve the existing problems and activate the market for sports and health services, it is important to establish effective cooperation between state institutions, local communities, private sports organizations, public associations, and specialists in the field of sports and health. Creation of a strong agricultural insurance market in Ukraine as an effective resource and instrument to strengthen the agrarian sector of economy from the point of view of minimizing the risks affecting the commercial performance is one of the key stages in the development of the Ukrainian insurance protection system in the agrarian sector of economy. At the same time, the Ukrainian agricultural market is still in the stage of formation and develops randomly, with no well-defined development strategy and proper state support. The aim of the paper is to assess the current trends in the operation of the Ukrainian agricultural insurance market. The authors study the peculiarities of the formation, the current stage of functioning and further development of the agricultural insurance market in Ukraine. The results of the study reveal the principle of the structural formation and functional characteristics of the agricultural insurance market services in Ukraine – its mono-component was discovered – in view of the fact that it is represented only by the system of insurance of agricultural crops and perennial plantings (with the domination of field crops) and the optional functioning of the latter – one third of the market forms formal compulsory insurance in the context of state finance programs for farmers. The authors summarize the complex of reasons that keep the development of the Ukrainian agricultural insurance market grown and systematize its peculiarities that are typical for this stage of the agrarian sector development. Researchers note the sufficient development of agricultural insurance market tooling in Ukraine at this stage – the market uses a sufficient set of insurance products that according to their qualitative characteristics meet international standards in terms of both classical and parametric insurance schemes. Thus, the conducted research allowed to form the directions for the development of the agricultural insurance market in Ukraine. The key one among them was its further institutional development within the framework of private-public partnership, which is proved by positive international experience and stimulate interests’ unity of this market participants.

The article presents the results of an economic research of the dynamics of the development of telecommunications services markets in Ukraine in 2017-2021. The research was conducted by analyzing the dynamics of annual revenues from the provision of basic telecommunications services. Scientific works in the field of telecommunications, including the works of the author, were chosen as the methodological basis. The results of the research showed that, despite the difficult conditions in 2017-2021, the dynamics of telecommunications development was positive. The article uses forecasting and regression methods to determine the dynamics of the trend of financial cash flows in the telecommunications services market in Ukraine. It is chosen the linear function of forecasting and building the trend of financial cash flows in the telecommunications services market in Ukraine. The obtained forecasting results allowed us to conclude that financial cash flows in the telecommunications services market in Ukraine will continue to grow. It is determined that the development of the telecommunications services market in Ukraine is not strongly influenced by economic factors. The originality and scientific novelty of the work consists was detailed research of the dynamics of the development of telecommunications in the context of the introduction of new technologies, in difficult economic conditions. The practical value of the research lies in proving the fact that the dynamics of telecommunications development in the most difficult conditions is positive.

The article provides a retrospective analysis of the development and reform of the national tourism market. The foreign experience of the tourist services market development and the market for tourist services in Ukraine are analyzed. It is proved that the market of tourist services plays an appropriate functional role, in particular, the realization of the value and consumer value of the tourist product; maintaining the balance of supply and demand for the tourist product, etc. The best foreign experience of formation and development of the market of tourist services, possibilities of their adaptation in Ukraine are generalized. It is substantiated that foreign experience is interesting and useful for Ukraine. Globalization, crisis transformations in the service sector, falling consumer demand, oversupply in the market of hotel and restaurant services, and intensified competition actualize the solution of the scientific task of improving marketing concepts by the external challenges of an unstable business environment. The study aims to research, generalize, and develop theoretical and methodological approaches to forming an adequate conceptual basis for developing marketing activities for hotel and restaurant enterprises in the regional market of tourist services. It is determined that the marketing concept is an idea (approach) to organizing marketing activities based on the main idea, an effective marketing strategy, and specific tools for achieving certain goals. The theoretical and methodological basis for developing the concepts of marketing of the hotel and restaurant sphere (HRS) has been developed and presented. The factors of emergence and development of marketing in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as the basic principles and main functions of marketing, are identified and substantiated. The modern marketing concepts for the hotel and restaurant industry in their evolution are researched and structured. The specific features of hotel services that influence the formation of a marketing concept for developing the hotel and restaurant industry are allocated. The study of the marketing concept of consumer value of the hotel and restaurant service/product is updated, the theoretical and methodological basis of which forms the model of the behavior of the service consumer and its determinants are determined, etc. With the development of the hotel and restaurant industry, there is a constant reorientation of the marketing activities of enterprises in this sphere to new levers of management and organization, which are inherent in modern marketing concepts. Improving the competitive position of the Ukrainian market of hotel and restaurant services/products will be facilitated by improving its functional structure, introducing modern thinking and technologies, improving the methods and forms of service, and conducting a consistent marketing policy. As a result of the analysis of the sources, it was found that for the effective implementation of the market mechanism for the regulation of ecosystem services, it is necessary to intensify the involvement of economic entities and the spread of forms of public-private partnership in the functioning, support and restoration of ecosystems. For the effective functioning of the ecosystem services market in Ukraine, a significant amount of systematization of the existing regulatory framework, elimination of existing economic and legal conflicts in the legislation, growth of investment attractiveness of ecosystem services in Ukraine, institutional transformation and development of the mechanism of taxation of the beneficiaries of ecosystem services must be carried out. Taxation of ecosystem services should be considered an effective part of the financial and economic mechanism for ensuring the concept of sustainable development, as it performs a stimulating function. Competitive policies, regulations and guidelines will facilitate the development and functioning of ecosystem markets by creating drivers, legal frameworks or direct sources of funding to conserve ecosystem services. Favorable conditions can be found at different scales, from watershed to state and national policy. The formation and development of the ecosystem services market depends on the flexibility of the mechanisms of reorientation of state and regional costs for environmental protection in view of the amount of ecosystem services of certain territories. A comprehensive assessment of ecosystem services in the nature management market of Ukraine will provide an opportunity to ensure and more fully assess the potential of ecosystems and contribute to ensuring the process of making correct management decisions by economic entities regarding the functioning and reproduction of ecosystem services. The conducted analysis of the formation and development of the ecosystem services market, their assessment and taxation mechanisms on the territory of Ukraine testify to the possibilities of the formation of these aspects in all branches of the Ukrainian economy. Introduction. The globalization of the world economy, the rapid development of information and digitization objectively determine the dynamism of the priority areas for the investment projects implementation in the field of IT. Therefore, the governmental structures should regularly update the list of priority projects for state support, particularly in Ukraine, which is in crisis economic situation increasing its own dependence on external capital, technologies, products (services). The purpose of the study is to substantiate the analytical and strategic aspects of implementation of the state policy of investment processes development in the Ukrainian market of IT services. Methods. As the methodological basis of the study the expert and statistical methods (for instance, Delphi, M. Kendall and B. Smith methods; Gallup Institute methodology; Pearson’s rule; Harrington’s scale etc.), systematic and structural analysis, the theories of economic growth, the modern concepts of transitional economic systems are used. Results. The theoretical and methodological fundamentals and features of state regulation of the investment processes in the market of IT services are generalized. Using the Delphi method, an analytical study of the investment security of the IT services market subjects and the effectiveness of the state policy in this field are conducted. Accordingly, a number of IT companies which are the leaders of the Ukrainian market in the development, implementation and sales of information and communication products have been selected for our research in 2018-2020 (Ciklum, DataArt, Sigma Software, GlobalLogic, EPAM, N-iX, 2Event.com, Skelia, Intellias, Lohika). The M. Kendall and B. Smith method is used to determine the validity and objectivity of evaluation according to Pearson’s rules. The Gallup Institute methodology is used to justify the sampling size of IT enterprises. With reference to the investment development of the Ukrainian market of IT services, the impact of macroeconomic factors, the needs, the accessibility and the impediments of attracting investments, the development of investment infrastructure, the level of financial security and investment management, the prospects for state policy implementation are characterized. Quality and capability of business infrastructure elements in IT services market and high level of tax burden have been named by the experts as the factors of the macroeconomic environment with the very high level of influence on the security of investment. The scheme of strategic approaches and the consistent implementation of state policy of the investment processes development in the market of IT services are developed. The levels of implementation of the state policy of investment processes development in the IT services market are interpreted by using the Harrington’s scale. The main tasks, tools, means and priorities of the state policy of investment processes development in the IT services market are determined. Conclusion. It is proved that one of the most influential directions of state regulation of the IT services market development is the sphere of investment processes. The peculiarities of the investment process and the functioning of the IT services market affect the specifics of their state regulation updating the task of economic, financial and resource investments support. The effective state regulation of the investment process in the market of IT services should be economic in nature and directed primarily at achieving the strategic goal of creating a quality investment environment in the information technology sector.

The investigation of deficiencies of state regulation of the investment process development at the market of IT services of Ukraine has been made in the article. The positions of theories of economic growth, modern concepts of the institutional economy, transitional economic systems have been used as a methodological basis for the study. The monographic method of scientific knowledge has allowed to make wide and deep approach to the definition of preconditions that form the low level of implementation of state functions of investment management in the market of IT services. As a result of the research, such preconditions include: the formation of an investment strategy, the creation of organizational structures for the management of aspects of investment activity, the development of research and information support analysis and management of the investment process, investment planning, stimulating investment activation, control the development of the investment process. The author's conclusions can form the basis for scientific assumptions regarding the improvement of the system of state regulation of investment activity in the market of IT services of Ukraine. The formation of a list of key institutional and legal acts adopted and called upon to form a system of domestic legislation, regulatory processes for the development of the IT sector in general and the IT market in particular are the practical meaning of the research. The author's assumptions regarding the priority directions of state control over the development of the investment process in the market of IT services of Ukraine might form the scientific novelty of the study.
