Abstract
The article presents the social characteristics of minor pregnant women who gave birth in SPbSBI “Maternity Hospital N 10”, where there is the city Center for management of pregnancy and childbirth in minors “Little Mother”. According to our data, the most important social aspects of pregnancy among minors were earlier onset of sexual activity (14,5 ± 1,5 years), low educational level and social status, single-parent families and personal disorder. Late registration in the regional policlinic promotes late antenatal detection and impossibility of the prevention of pregnancy complications. The obtained results are generally consistent with those of other authors, also pointing to the low social and economic level of life and accident of early pregnancies in minors female.

Частый ответ: «предохранялись всегда, но получилось так». 10 (16,1 %) девушек затруднились ответить на вопрос, почему они не предохранялись от беременности, еще 10 (16,1 %) (официально замужем из них только 6 (9,7 %) девушек) — «хотели ребенка», «потому что это желанный ребенок», «потому что без презерватива удобней» или «потому что так было надо»
Summary
■ В статье приводятся социальные характеристики несовершеннолетних беременных женщин, родивших в СПбГБУЗ «Родильный дом No 10», на базе которого работает городской специализированный Центр по ведению беременности и родов у несовершеннолетних «Маленькая мама». И журналов учета приема родов (форма No 010/у) были изучены медико-социальные характеристики 483 несовершеннолетних беременных женщин, родивших в СПбГБУЗ «Родильный дом No 10» в течение 10 лет за период с 2004 по 2013 гг.
