Abstract

El delirio de parasitosis o síndrome de Ekbom, es una psicodermatosis, caracterizada por la idea delirante de infestación por parásitos; en el cual los pacientes se autoinfligen lesiones con el propósito de extraerlos. Es un reto diagnóstico para el dermatólogo y su manejo debe incluir consulta a psiquiatría.
