Abstract
The viscosity of a fluid containing small particles covered with another fluid and Stokes' resistance of the particle have been calculated. It has been shown that, as the ratio ( b / a ) of radius of drop ( a ) and inner particle ( b ) tends to 1, the present results reduce to Einstein's viscosity formula or Stokes' resistance formula, on the other hand, as the ratio tends to 0, these reduce to Taylor's or Hadamard's results in the case of drops.
