AbstractCommercial Banking (MIC: 8.1 SIC: 6021 NAIC: 522110)Sky Financial Group is a financial holding company that owns and operates Sky Bank, which is primarily engaged in the commercial and consumer banking business that includes the acceptance of a variety of demand, savings and time deposits and the extension of commercial and consumer loans. Co. also operates businesses relating to insurance, trust and other financial‐related services. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. operated over 290 financial centers and over 300 ATMs serving Ohio, western Pennsylvania, southern Michigan, eastern Indiana and northern West Virginia. As of Dec 31 2005, Co. had total assets of $15.68 billion and total deposits of $10.76 billion.
