Abstract

The “discretized” version of the two-dimensional “Generalized Skettrup Model” is presented and implemented at simulations on the effect of alterations in the aspect ratio(s) of rib lengths on temperature-dependent harmonic and anharmonic specific lattice thermal capacities of rectangular graphene nano-ribbons. The obtained simulation results are discussed in comparison with appropriate experimental data and their counterparts reported elsewhere for the square graphene flakes [V. Ligatchev, ECS J.
