Six new eriophyid mite species from Fujian Province, China (Acari: Eriophyidae)

ABSTRACT Six new species of eriophyoid mites from Fujian Province, China, are described and illustrated. They are Dichopelmus concinnae sp. nov. on Cryptocarya concinna (Lauraceae), Aculus wisteriopsus sp. nov. on Wisteriopsis reticulata (Fabaceae), Tetra tomentosiana sp. nov. on Bridelia tomentosa (Phyllanthaceae), Epitrimerus aphanantheae sp. nov. on Aphananthe aspera (Cannabaceae), Kuangella mangdangicus sp. nov. on Derris fordii (Fabaceae), and Cecidophyes mandangica sp. nov. on Castanopsis fissa (Fagaceae). All six species described herein are vagrants on the lower leaf surface.
