Abstract

This paper presents an experimental investigations of alloying elements and structure influence on the physico-mechanical properties of ceramic-metal tungsten alloy with the addition of nonstoichiometric compounds of rare-earth metals. The paper illustrates the application of tungsten alloys with yttrium oxide as a material for high-loaded contact of ignition internal combustion engines system.
