Significance of agroecology in the process of well-balanced agrosphere formation

Abstract

The realities of today’s show that there are real signs of environmental crisis in agrosphere, that is considered not only as a result of technogenic pressure on its components, but also impoverishment of public morals, short views toward future consequences of collisions of standing life level. In view of this, in the foreground of environmental problems negotiation in agrarian sphere become main directions of agroecology science. The article reveals the significance of agroecology science as a fundamental basis of well-balanced agrosphere formation, environmental protection, rational use and reproduction of natural resources and ecological safety ensuring. It has been substantiated that agroecology science in today’s complex environmental and economic conditions should determine the development in strategy of agricultural production with obligatory account of environmental, social and economic factors. The place of agroecology science in the system of agrarian sciences and a number of priority tasks of agroecology at present time of agricultural science development and production in Ukraine are defined. The main aim of agroecology is to ensure sustainable production of quality and safe products, storage and reproduction of natural resource potential of the agricultural sector; it means that ecological safety of all branches of agricultural production for economic feasibility. Agro-sphere management calls for urgent development of new scientifically grounded approaches that are based on the basic principles of Sustainable Development Concept. Thoughtful management of environmental processes in agroshpere, balanced needs of economic development and opportunities for reproduction of natural resources, comprehensive realization of environmental measures and technologies in АIC are the basis of the state sustainable development, life duration, strong health and well-being of present and future generations
