This is so despite the well-known dangers of toxicity of these compounds, and the fact that their use is still on a purely empirical basis. In view of their highly probable therapeutic value, the employment of these drugs is justifiable if due regard is given to the danger of their use.Recent observations would indicate that BAL1, 2, 3may prove a safe and effective means of counteracting serious complications.
