Seminar #9: Crossing the Rubicon to the Liberty States of America

Abstract

Nothing about the Fed’s activities are under the legitimate authority of the consent of the governed. The operations of the Federal Open Market Committee do not require approval by the President or anyone else in the executive or legislative branches of government. In other words, in Madison’s vaunted system of checks and balances, nothing in his separation of power checks or balances the operations of the Fed. After the leadership is appointed by the President, the leaders, like Bernake, are free to do whatever pleases them. What pleases the Fed’s leadership the most is pleasing the global banks that own the ownership shares in the Fed. The ownership interests in the Fed are the member banks of the global banking cartel. There are three components to the argument of conservatives crossing the Rubicon: 1. The socialists do not share cultural values with conservatives and seek to impose their totalitarian ideology on 63 million Trump voters. 2. Madison’s Constitution is perfectly suited to imposing the slavery of socialism, based upon Madison’s principles of social class elitism. 3. The only non-violent solution is to allow the socialists to form their own nation, so that natural rights conservatives can form the Liberty States of America. In crossing the Rubicon to create the Liberty States of America, natural rights conservatives must restore the principles in the Declaration of Independence that the “consent of the governed” is the glue that binds citizens together to obey the constitutional rules that they give to themselves.
