Abstract

The paper considers self-storage facilities as a new product for the Russian architectural and construction complex. Its potential consumers have been identified. The indicators of development of Europe self-storage market are analyzed. The Moscow experience is described. The main drivers of the industry’s growth are identified based on the analysis of the housing commissioning structure in Russia.
