Abstract

Self-care in patients with heart failure(HF) is advocated as a method to improve clinical outcomes and is important for patients to manage their own HF symptoms. However, little is known about the level of self-care behaviours and factors that influence self-care behaviours among HF patients in Malaysia. This study aimed to identify Self-care behaviours while describing the association between sociodemographic & self-care behaviours among HF patients. A prospective cross-sectional descriptive-correlational study was carried out between 1st June 2019 to 31st December 2019.
