Abstract
SPRMs with selective effects on hormone responsive tissues hold promise for long-term medical management of fibroids and endometriosis. Telapristone acetate (CDB-4124) is a derivative form of ulipristal acetate, a reliable emergency contraceptive (Ella®). Here, we examined the impact of CDB-4124 on in vivo decidualization and embryo implantation in the mouse uterus and in vitro decidualization of human endometrial stromal cells (hESC).
