Abstract
Placement errors in neurological early rehabilitation Out of 252 patients in neurological intensive care rehabilitation at the BDH Clinic Elzach who progressed to further rehabilitation treatment, 24 did not fulfill the criteria for acute hospital treatment in the last week(s) before beginning further rehabilitation. We argue that health insurance should be obligated to pay for in-patient treatment despite this gap.
