Abstract
Brushless motors have the advantages of no brush, low interference, long life, and low maintenance costs, which are increasingly used in aviation power systems. According to the reliability requirements of the aircraft power generation system, this paper proposes a brushless DC excess power generation system scheme, which sends the alternating current generated by the main motor of the brushless DC generator to the AC/DC converter and primary power distribution, while retaining the main motor power generation converted into DC power through the internal rectifier circuit of the motor. The generator controller is designed with double surplus output to improve the reliability of the system power supply.
