Abstract

A quadruple micro PANDA ring resonator quantum gate device is designed and investigated schematically. The simulation results of the optimum propagation of soliton polarized states in the device depend heavily on initial phase angles of the input ports. The quality factor under varying of nonlinear coupling constant of micro strip line waveguides are also analyzed. The simulation results show more robust under the wide range of the outer tunneling frequency in whispering gallery modes of the device. This means that an optical trapping efficiency is attained and get more stable qubit processing.
