Abstract

Application of lumen-apposing metal stents (LAMS) under endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) guidance has been accepted not only for pancreatic pseudocysts, but also for lumen-adjacent fluid collections. Only single cases of EUS-guided fluid drainage with LAMS have been previously reported in the pediatric demographic. We present a pediatric case series of successful usage of LAMS for peripancreatic collections and a perirectal collection at a single institution.
