Abstract

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG) has been a prevailing procedure for enteral nutrition in Japan, where Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is highly infected among elderly population. Endoscopic features of PEG patients have not been elucidated, while endoscopists often experience PEG cases without apparent atrophic gastritis.
