Abstract

本文主要研究欧标低合金钢S355J0拉伸断口缺陷产生的原因。通过对显微组织和夹杂物能谱的分析,得出严重带状组织、硫化物夹杂、合金元素偏析及中心异常组织是导致钢材断口产生缺陷的主要因素。 The paper mainly studied the reasons of tensile fracture defects of low-alloy steel S355J0 meeting the European standard. Analysis on the microstructure and the spectrum of inclusions showed that serious banded structure, the sulfide inclusion, the segregation and the abnormal structure in the core part were the main factors leading to fracture defect of the steels.
