Abstract With the development of information technology and social productivity, the application of digital illustration in product packaging design has become more and more common. The article briefly introduces the advantages of digital illustration in the packaging design of agricultural products in Hebei Province. An improved GANILLA model with the addition of an SE module is proposed, using the style adornment device (SAD) as the style transformation migration module. And this model is applied to the packaging and illustration design of agricultural products in Hebei Province. In this study, the following conclusions are obtained by comparing the two models of CycleGAN and GANILLA in terms of both pixel image enhancement and image similarity as well as evaluating the effect of different illustration designs under the two methods. The Manhattan distances of GANILLA are 38.20 and 40.67, respectively, while the Manhattan distances of CycleGAN are 78.33 and 81.52, and the The RGB values of both images of GANILLA are closer to the RGB values of the input image, which indicates that GANILLA is more capable of learning color features and generates pixel images that are better than CycleGAN in terms of visual quality. The PSNR value of each image under GANILLA is higher than that of CycleGAN, and the SSIM values are all negative in CycleGAN the average SSIM value of GANILLA is 0.287, which indicates that the cost of acquiring data samples in GANILLA is less than that of CycleGAN, and the final generated images are better overall. And the illustrations using the GANILLA method touch more to the group, which proves that the GANILLA technology can play a good role in the packaging and illustration design of agricultural products in Hebei Province.

  • Xiaoting Xu

Nowadays, the popularity of cultural and creative industry in China is rising, and cultural and creative products are loved by young people with high cultural added value. Through the field investigation, it is found that the tie-dyeing products in the market are still facing the problems of insufficient market awareness, the same tie-dyeing products, serious homogenization, and the aging of inheritors. Therefore, after the questionnaire survey, based on the needs of the audience, we proposed a packaging design method for modern cultural and creative products based on a rough set. As one of the mathematical tools to deal with uncertain knowledge, a rough set theory can solve the uncertainty caused by knowledge granularity in cognitive diagnosis. Without prior knowledge, we can get the corresponding decision-making or classification rules of the specific problem and classify the research objects. This study aimed to apply a rough set theory to the packaging design of modern cultural and creative products and overcome some problems existing in the packaging design methods of cultural and creative products. Since the application of rough set in the packaging design of cultural and creative products is a new topic, whether it is effective in the packaging design of cultural and creative products, how effective it is, and what problems it can deal with in the whole procedure of the design are worth discussing.

With development of economy, all industries have undergone earthshaking changes. Various new technologies are starting to be employed in all aspects of life, and graphic design is no exception. The use of computer graphics and image processing technologies in graphic design can substantially improve design efficiency and make graphic design job more convenient to develop. The requirements for the quality of graphic design are higher. Quality inspection has become a necessary step in the production process, in which the detection of graphic design defects is an indispensable and important link. The traditional graphic design defect detection adopts the method of manual visual inspection, which has the disadvantages of poor stability, long consumption time, and high labor cost. As an efficient computer graphics and image processing technology, convolutional neural network has received extensive attention in graphic design defect detection because of its advantages of high speed, efficiency, and high degree of automation. Taking agricultural product packaging as an example, this paper studies application technology for graphic design defect detection with convolutional neural network (CNN). The main contents are as follows: construct the original YOLOv3 network model, input the graphic design images of agricultural product packaging into the network model in batches according to the computing power of the hardware equipment, train the YOLOv3 network, and deeply study and analyze the experimental results. The related improvement techniques are then given, based on the characteristics of agricultural product packaging design faults. The backbone network, multiscale feature map, a priori frame, and activation function of YOLOv3 are improved, and then performance of the improved model is verified by experiments.

The design of product packaging is a bridge of communicating the customers with the enterprise, which also is the key to making mutual benefits. In this paper, it takes the definition of the design of product packaging as the starting point, with the technical support of product packaging design service as well as the interpretation of product packaging design service model based on computing, discussing the designing method of product packaging. Introduction It is particularly important for the role of packaging in business competition, which can be regarded as the dominant position in the buyer's market, which even can become a key for the commodity to have successful sales. A reasonable, elegant and distinctive cultural product packaging can meet various demands of customers, which can maximize to stimulate consumer's desire to buy. The Interpretation of the Design of product Packaging In some degree, design is a visual communication program for the intended purpose, in other words, design is not simply the visual language that is attached to the commercials. However, it is the perfect combination between technology and art. The design of product packaging is a part of packaging design, which is one of the important elements of product sales. In all aspects of product packaging design, the designer should be always around product itself to design. The participation of product in product packaging design should be through the visual language to express the perception of product taste, vision, smell and touch, etc.. Supporting Services for the Design of product Packaging Based on Cloud Computing Technology Cloud computing is a new kind of computing model based on Internet, which is the further development of the distributed computing, grid computing. It can provide services for enterprises and individuals through the heterogeneous and autonomous services on the Internet with computing resources on-demand; computing resources are dynamically virtualization, which can be provided through the Internet with the calculation of distribution to a large number of distributed computers. American national standards and Technology (NIST) researchers developed a widely used term that is used to describe various aspects of computing. According to the definition of cloud , it defined three delivery model, which is called S-P-I model, Such as Fig. 1 Schematic Diagram of Cloud Computing Environment. International Conference on Economy, Management and Education Technology (ICEMET 2015) © 2015. The authors Published by Atlantis Press 471 Fig1. Cloud computing model Cloud computing is used to study the designing services, which is mainly focused on service oriented manufacturing, putting forward the mode of manufacturing at the same time. Cloud manufacturing is a kind of service oriented, with high performance computing and information technology, which is the integration of the existing information, manufacturing technology and computing, networking, semantic Web. It can combine all kinds of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capabilities, as well as service virtualization, which also can be composed of manufacturing resources and manufacturing capacity pool, the intelligent management and operation of a unified centralized, so as to realize the realization of intelligent, win-win, universal and efficient sharing and cooperation, through the network and manufacturing system during the manufacturing process in the whole life cycle. Ultimately, it can provide access on-demand use with safe and reliable, high-quality and cheap intelligence service at any time. The Model of product Packaging Design Service The business mode of product packaging design service can be shown in Fig. 2, the users can buy products from enterprises and pay for what they buy, and the the price of the product is composed of the cost of the enterprise plus profit. According to the analysis of the mode of design service, great changes have taken place during the period of the design process, wile the cost of the design is no longer decided during the designing process at the traditional designing stage, however, it can be divided into smaller units between the designing services, since these designing services units can be in accordance with the parallel implementation, while most of the designing units with high cost of designing services can be completed by the means of outsourcing, therefore, the cost of completing the design by the enterprise itself is the minimal cost for designing the product. Tn a word, the cost of designing product is the total sum of the cost of each designing unit. Fig. 2 The design service model
