Abstract
The Registry informs the claimant pursuant to para 1 about the date on which the Statement of claim is deemed to have been served under Rule 271.6. This information gives the claimant the possibility of assessing the time schedule of the further proceedings. For example, the Statement of defence must be lodged at least three months after service of the Statement of claim pursuant to Rule 23.
