This paper addresses the organizational routines as repositories of knowledge and resources able to leverage its dynamic capabilities. Rotinas e capacidades dinâmicas: dualidade e recursividade para a competitividade organizacional b) capacidades e recursos evoluem com o tempo por meio de um processo de aprendizagem com o resultado de que possuem um intrínseco componente dinâmico (Helfat; Peteraf, 2003); c) capacidades representam uma distinta e superior forma de combinar e alocar recursos.
