The decisions of Co., from merchandising, purchasing and pricing, to the location of its stores, are aimed at this customer base. Co. offers brand name and designer merchandise at low everyday prices, generally 20% to 60% below regular prices of most department and specialty stores, in an organized and easy-to-shop environment.
