Abstract

Introduction: Interaortocaval lymphnode (IACLN) positive patients in gall bladder cancer (GBC) is conventionally considered to have survival similar to distant metastatic disease. But recently few authors have reported that IACLN metastases can have survival similar to regional node (RLN) positive patients in biliary carcinoma. This study aims to analyse the long-term outcomes after radical resection in GBC patients with IACLN metastases.
