Interventions Uterine artery embolization was performed prior to surgery. Measurements and Main Results Cesarean section scar ectopic pregnancy was resected with minimal blood loss in a minimally invasive surgery. Conclusion Resection of a cesarean section scar ectopic pregnancy was safely performed after uterine artery embolization using robotic assisted laparoscopy.
