Abstract
血液透析疗法是尿毒症患者的主要治疗手段之一,随着社会经济发展,透析患者逐年增加,血液透析技术发展极为迅速.然而血液透析专业性强,风险大~([1]),血液透析时护士是机器的直接操作者和管理者,基于血液透析的风险特点,我们针对可能发生的护理风险问题,总结了风险控制的手段、风险管理措施,以避免和减少血液透析护理风险,特别是在近3年的医院管理年中,实施效果显著,保证了患者的护理安全,提高了透析护理质量,现报道如下。
