According to the bibliographical studies' analysi s, the incidence of ovine sarcocystosis, is situated in the first place reach ing values of over 98%. The field researches concern the intensity and extent degree of the micr osarcocysts in the skeletal muscles, in the following anatomic regions: the intercostal muscle s, the diaphragm muscle, the tongue muscles, the dorsal muscles and the thigh muscles, with aspects regarding the incidence of these microcysts, depending on the animals' age. Following the samples' processing there was noticed that the extent of the Sarcocystis spp. infestation at the samples evaluated was of 100%, the average value of the intensity being the highest in the myocardia. In this context, it is necessary, in the case of ovine meat products, w hich do not involve in their technological process a thermic treatment, to priory make a contr ol also to investigate the microcysts evaluation. At the same time, the ovine meat and or gans administrated in the carnivore's diet must be thermic sterilized.
