In seinem Beitrag „Travels to the Beyond: A Guide“ [11-36] gibt F. Der hier angezeigte Band geht zurück auf eine Konferenz, die vom 9. Oktober 2014 in Uppsala stattgefunden hat, wobei nicht alle Beiträge der Tagung ihren Weg in den Band gefunden haben, während wiederum andere zusätzlich aufgenommen wurden.
