Abstract
「肺がん検診の手引き」は2020年に大幅な改訂を行った．この稿では特に重要と思われる「胸部X線検診の読影医の条件」と「症例検討会の実施」に関して背景とねらいを解説する．2017年版の読影医の基準はわかりにくいという批判が多くの自治体職員から寄せられており，改訂が必要であった．2020年版では，「症例検討会等におおむね年に1回以上参加すること」を条件とするとともに，上級医には読影経験も条件とした．「症例検討会」を実施する場合の留意点に関しても併せて述べた．本稿が今後の肺がん検診の精度管理に役立つことを望みたい．
